You can choose any theme related to Self-Care that matters to you. Make sure your topic is relevant and helpful to all participants so they will be encouraged to join your meeting.
Our meetings are designed to be flexible and respect your anonymity. You can participate by simply listening to the discussions without the need to turn on your microphone or camera. If you wish to interact with the group, use the chat or hand-raising features of the application.
No, the meetings are never recorded, ensuring the confidentiality and anonymity of participants. What is said in the meeting stays in the meeting.
There is no limit to the number of meetings you can create or join. You are free to participate in as many meetings as you like to support your well-being.
The organizer has the right to ask a participant who does not follow the rules to leave the meeting. If you encounter problems, you can also report inappropriate behaviour through our complaint process.
